Smooth Blond Beer with Elderflower and Lemon

Aroma - floral and citrus zests.
Palate - light hops, sweet malt with lemon and elderflower.
Finish - dry with grapefruit, lemon and elderflower.

Designed for lighter fish dishes, its subtle flavours will complement but never dominate. Combines well with mildly tangy hard such as cornish yarg and caerphilly.

Discovery is the premium collection of Atlantic Brewery's Fine Dining Ales developed with Cornwall’s Michelin starred chef NATHAN OUTLAW.

We have developed our range of four Discovery ales specifically to match particular food dishes. Based on our standard four beers, we brew them a little stronger (5.5%) and add carefully selected ‘botanicals’. These ingredients compliment both the beer and the food, and so enhance the matching.
