Golden Pale Ale with Ginger, Chilli & Lime

Aroma - lime and ginger.
Palate - sweet malt with ginger spice and lemon zest. Suggestions of lemongrass.
Finish - Gently building chilli spice, lingering notes of ginger tempered with citrus.

Designed for more exotic fish dishes such as Thai fishcakes or fish curries. Crisp and clean with distinct flavours that enhance the dish’s character. Good with a fresh young & tangy goat’s cheese.

Discovery is the premium collection of Atlantic Brewery's Fine Dining Ales developed with Cornwall’s Michelin starred chef NATHAN OUTLAW.

We have developed our range of four Discovery ales specifically to match particular food dishes. Based on our standard four beers, we brew them a little stronger (5.5%) and add carefully selected ‘botanicals’. These ingredients compliment both the beer and the food, and so enhance the matching.
