Fistral is one of the few beers to be produced with just a single hop variety, allowing the full individuality of First Gold to be displayed in the beer. Their citrus tangs balance their natural bitterness, producing a full rounded flavour and long dry finish with a fruity aroma.

The full and dry nature of Fistral makes it an ideal accompaniment to many dishes but especially fish.
