The establishment of the Ilkley Brewery Company in 2009 marks the return of the brewers art to the picturesque Yorkshire town of Ilkley. Like its Victorian predecessor, The Ilkley Brewery and Aerated Water Company, the new brewery is founded on simple traditional principles; to produce quality real ales from only the finest malts, hops and soft Yorkshire water, but with a modern twist in order to offer today’s drinker beers of character and flavour.
